Rudy was fantastic. A pipe broke at my place so I needed to check in at 7am to get ready for work. Rudy made sure the room was blocked and ready. Great service.

A Five-Star Stay with Historic Charm! From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the hotel's historic Art Deco feel. The architecture and design are truly stunning, giving the whole experience a wonderful, classic Miami Beach vibe. Our room was fantastic—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. What truly set this hotel apart was the amazing staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful. The location is absolutely unbeatable. You're within easy walking distance of endless shopping and incredible food options. Plus, South Beach is right across the street! Despite being in a very lively area, I felt very safe and secure throughout my stay. I can't recommend this hotel enough! It's the perfect blend of style, service, and location.

Henry, the valet at The Gale Hotel South Beach, is an actual gem. Like… protect this man at all costs. He was unbelievably patient, insanely kind, and just genuinely kind the entire time. In a place as hectic as South Beach, he’s the calm in the chaos — the kind of energy you instantly appreciate. Henry didn’t just hand off keys; he made the whole experience feel easy, warm, and taken care of. Hotels talk about “hospitality,” but Henry lives it. Whoever’s in charge: give this man a raise. He deserves it, and your guests clearly feel it.

Not the first time staying here-we are Hilton loyal-but after this visit I'd think twice. The biggest issue for us was the restaurant is under construction and there is no mention on the website about it. This meant that for any drinks or dinners close by we had to make plans elsewhere. The second issue would be the lack of upkeep in general. From the front porch-never wiped down or power washed or organized (although I did see someone sweeping) made it unreasonable to sit outside to pass some time or have a glass of wine (from the liquor store next door)without wiping down tables and chairs purselves. There was a persistent leak at the bottom of the stairs near the entrance which was being worked on at one point during our 3 night stay. The rooms need a deep clean. Our upgrade had us down graded from a king to a queen with a balcony that needed to be cleaned as well and was unusable because of storm passing through-the weather being noones fault. Our room had dirt on the carpet, no vacuum marks and the corners and edges were covered in dust. All of this is easily fixed with a spot check by the manager of different rooms every day. The desk staff didn't always acknowledge us when we would walk in. I've come to expect more from Hilton properties and although I'll be back for the revamped restaurant headed by Chef Paolo I'm not sure I'll stay for the mediocre room and staff.

Everything here was perfect and beautiful. Great pool, gym, service and rooms. There was even construction across from one of our rooms but it actually added to the excitement. I’ve never watched buildings get built right in front of me. It was actually really cool.

As a Hilton Diamond member who has stayed at many Hilton properties, I can confidently say this was by far one of the most seamless stays I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was flawless with zero issues, excellent communication, spotless rooms, and consistent daily service. The Gale Hotel Curio Collection is exceptionally well operated and perfectly located in the heart of South Beach. It’s a great option for families as well as mature travelers looking for comfort while being close to everything. A special thank you to Manager Rudy for taking such great care of my family during our 10 day stay. His professionalism and attention truly made a difference. We couldn’t thank him enough. Highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again

We spent 5 days at the Gale hotel. Their service was exemplary. All the front desk staff, and housekeeping work together to provide a clean and helpful stay. Yes, the rooms are a little small but since we are only sleeping there, location was more important. We had access to great restaurants, the beach, pool, everything you want in a hotel. It was quiet and in a safe location.

Overall great experience! From staff to location, things were great! They also have a nice partnership with a hotel that oceanfront that was helpful with beach access and pool! It’s an older property, not the best wheelchair accessible and stroller friendly hotel, couple steps with no ramps or elevator access otherwise they had elevators to help. Again, great hotel - nothing to stop yourself from coming but just to be mindful to have some help!
